Returns and Refunds
At Abanderado, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
General conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories (such as tags, cases, etc.) and the delivery note.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased at abanderado.es or abanderado.com.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, minus the cost of the return, which is the customer's responsibility.

Returns of incomplete, damaged, or used products are not accepted.
