When will I receive my refund?
At Abanderado, we work to ensure your experience is always comfortable and secure, even in the event of a return.
The entire refund process can take up to 21 business days from the time you return the item, as we follow these steps:

Receiving the returned package at our warehouse

Product review and inspection to approve the refund

Authorization by our finance department

Once authorized, the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
If it's been more than 21 business days since you returned your item, please send us the tracking number so we can help you investigate.
